COMMUNITY SUPPORT
CFI operates in remote regions where all too often the surrounding communities are underserved by government programs.  Our approach under these conditions is to serve as catalysts by helping the communities work with the appropriate government agencies through broad-reaching programs to improve the quality of life in ways that are harmonious with traditional culture and values.  Our objective in its community relations programs is to help facilitate change while enabling the community to assume the responsibility for its own economic, social, cultural and educational development.

HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
We work towards being a constructive corporate citizen, active in public affairs and generous in our community philanthropy with an emphasis of providing houses at reasonable cost and flexible payment plan. CFI housing development seeks to develop real estate investments in the communities we operate in. We work towards making it possible for people to own their own houses through convenient payment terms and construction of their buildings at reasonable cost.  We have in our plans 5bedroom duplex, 4bedroom duplex, 3bedroom bungalow, and 3bedroom terrace building. HEALTH INITIATIVES
We have health initiatives geared towards improving the lives of the people living in the community we operate in. We ensure that people have access to the medical help, care and attention, which they need for a healthy living. We also care for children orphaned by HIV/AIDS. The new addition to our health initiatives is the establishment of adequately equipped hospital complexes.

MICRO-CREDIT SCHEME
In the countries we operate, especially in Africa, some of our operations are in close proximity to small communities of peasant farmers or indigenous peoples, with few opportunities to generate cash income. One aspect of community economic development is providing a helping hand to disadvantaged citizens so they can help themselves achieve a brighter future.  CFI contributes its quota to improving the lives of peoples especially in the environment it operates through various forms of micro-credit facilities. 

MICRO-CREDIT SCHEME
CFI recognises the importance of giving due regard to protecting and enhancing the environment and we are committed to working to meet the rising expectations of a cleaner, safer and healthier environment. The approach is based upon continuous improvement and fulfilling commitment to the environment by ensuring we meets the statutory requirements of environmental regulation; we continually strives to improve its environmental performance with regard to waste management, utilisation of non-polluting technologies and minimisation of the impact of all company activities to the environment; we constantly review of our suppliers - seeking to ensure that all supplied products and services are as environmentally friendly as possible.
